About the service

Rehabilitation that respects your pace.

Pain and restricted movement rarely have a single cause. A WhiteMelon physiotherapy assessment looks at how you move, what triggers your symptoms and what your daily life actually demands — then builds a plan from there.

Sessions run at a clinic in the network, and home physiotherapy is available in selected areas for patients whose mobility makes travel difficult. Your plan is reviewed as you progress, not fixed at the first visit.

Questions

About physiotherapy

Common questions about this service. For anything else, our team is happy to help.

Not necessarily. You can book an assessment directly. If your therapist believes a medical review is needed first, they will tell you and can help arrange a consultation.

That depends on your condition and goals. Your therapist gives an indicative range after the first assessment and reviews it as you progress.

Home sessions are offered in selected areas. Choose Home as your preferred mode in the request form and enter your location — we will confirm availability before the first session.
