Where WhiteMelon is licensed to supply them, yes — you upload a valid prescription and a registered pharmacist reviews it before the order is confirmed. Availability depends on your location and applicable regulations, and some categories are excluded entirely.
The reviewing pharmacist will contact you using the phone number on the order. Nothing is dispatched until the prescription is verified.
Unopened non-medicinal products can be returned as described in the returns policy shown at checkout. For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once delivered.
