Cookie Policy

What is stored on your device when you use WhiteMelon, and why.

Draft policy

This policy describes intended practice for the WhiteMelon product. It has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and must be before any real launch.

01Essential storage

We use browser storage to keep the site working — remembering your cart, your wishlist and any requests or appointments you create during a session. Without this the site cannot function.

02Analytics and advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms. It records which pages you visit and when you submit an enquiry, so we can measure our advertising and reach people with relevant information. The pixel sets cookies and may share this activity with Meta, including where you have a Facebook or Instagram account.

03What the pixel does not receive

We never pass your name, email address, phone number or any health information to the pixel. Enquiry events report only which service the enquiry related to.

04Opting out

You can block this tracking with a browser privacy setting, an ad or tracker blocker, or your Meta ad preferences. Blocking it does not affect any part of this site — every page and form continues to work normally.

05Managing storage

You can clear site data at any time through your browser settings. Doing so removes any locally stored requests, appointments, cart contents and wishlist items.

06Local storage

Beyond the pixel, everything else stays on your device: your cart, wishlist, and any requests or appointments created during a session are held in local browser storage and are not transmitted to a server.
