About online consultations
What is covered, what happens if things go wrong, and how your privacy is handled.
Follow-ups, medication reviews, test result discussions, skin concerns, mental health consultations and many common illnesses. Anything needing physical examination or a procedure requires an in-clinic visit.
The consultation can continue by audio. If the call cannot be completed, the appointment is rescheduled at no additional cost.
Where the doctor considers it clinically appropriate, a digital prescription is issued and saved to your records. Some conditions require an in-person examination first.
Consultations are confidential and notes are stored in your health record under your control. Never share your account credentials with anyone.
