02Using your account
Keep your credentials private and give accurate information when booking. Health decisions may be made based on what you tell a clinician, so accuracy genuinely matters.
03Bookings and requests
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. A booking exists only once we confirm it. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown at the time of booking and depend on the clinic or diagnostic partner involved.
04Pharmacy
Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, after pharmacist review, and only where WhiteMelon is licensed to supply them. Restricted and habit-forming drugs are not supplied online. Availability varies by location.
05Pricing
Prices and fees shown are indicative until confirmed at the point of booking or checkout. Where a figure is a placeholder, it is labelled as such.
06Changes
Services and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
