Appointments
Use Book Appointment in the header, or start from any doctor profile. The booking flow walks you through service, speciality, doctor, date, time and your details, then shows a confirmation with an appointment ID.
Yes. Enter the patient details for the person attending rather than your own, and keep your phone number as the contact so reminders reach you.
Confirmed appointments appear in your dashboard with the date, time and mode. You can also add the appointment to your own calendar from the confirmation screen.
Doctors
Qualifications and professional registrations are checked before a doctor joins the WhiteMelon network, and profiles list qualification, speciality and years of experience.
Yes. Find a Doctor includes filters for speciality, location, availability, experience, consultation type, gender and language.
Ratings shown in this demonstration are illustrative. In a live deployment they would reflect verified feedback from patients who completed a consultation.
Online Consultation
A device with a camera and microphone, and a reasonably stable internet connection. If the connection struggles, you can switch to an audio consultation without rebooking.
For many concerns it is equivalent, and considerably more convenient. Anything requiring physical examination, a procedure or diagnostic equipment needs an in-clinic visit, and your doctor will say so.
Consultations are confidential and notes are stored in your health record under your control. Never share your account credentials with anyone.
Payments
Each doctor profile shows their consultation fee before you book, and the amount is repeated on the confirmation step. Fees shown in this demonstration are placeholders.
Payment is taken at the point of confirmation for online consultations, and per the clinic policy for in-clinic visits. The applicable option is shown during booking.
Insurance and cashless arrangements depend on the clinic or diagnostic partner. Any supported option appears at the payment step for that specific booking.
Pharmacy
Where WhiteMelon is licensed to supply them. You upload a valid prescription, a registered pharmacist reviews it, and only then is the order confirmed. Availability varies by location and restricted or habit-forming drugs are not supplied online.
Use Upload Prescription in the pharmacy, or attach it at checkout. Clear photographs of the full prescription including the prescriber details are accepted.
Yes. Orders show their current stage — placed, pharmacist review, packed, out for delivery and delivered — in the Orders area of your dashboard.
Lab Reports
Expected reporting time is shown before you confirm a booking and repeated in your confirmation. Most routine panels report within 24 to 48 hours.
Reports appear under Lab Reports in your dashboard, where they can be viewed, downloaded or securely shared with a doctor.
Yes. You can book a consultation and share the report with the doctor beforehand so the appointment starts with the results already reviewed.
Cancellation
Open Appointments in your dashboard and choose Cancel on the booking. The slot is released immediately so another patient can use it.
Yes, and it is usually the better option. Rescheduling keeps the same appointment ID so your notes and history stay linked.
Cancellation terms depend on the clinic or diagnostic partner and are shown at the time of booking for that specific appointment.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
If a consultation is cancelled by the clinic and cannot be rescheduled to a slot that suits you, any amount paid is refunded in full.
Unopened non-medicinal products can be returned per the policy shown at checkout. For safety reasons medicines cannot be returned once delivered.
